Responsibilities:
- Initiate recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates
- Handling all HR administration activities
- Involved in Employee Relations (ER) issue resolution.
- Handling escalation of ER related issues (legal site, region or corporate level).
- Responsible for identification trends (tracking and reporting ER issues).
- Involved in employment law and local regulations.
- Demonstrate highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and also willingness to work collaboratively with other Departments
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Law/Psychology
- Minimum 3-6 years working experience in HR preferably from Human Resource backs
- round with supervisory skill preferably in Mining Company
- Required skill(s): HR knowledge in Employee relationship, Communication and Public relationship.
- Having experience in handling Organizational and People Development matters
- Able to speak and write excellent English.
- Experience in handling investment Document & Expatriates document
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategy, excellent interview skills, strong negotiation skills and familiar with psychometric tools
