Advertising & Promotion Assistant Manager (IAP)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advertising and promotional program for all the ITC products and facilities.
• Prepare advertising and promotional material by working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies.
• Responsible for selection of media for advertising.
• Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts
• Develop and execute advertising policies and strategies for organizations.
• Provide presentation support during the introduction of the ITC products and services to customers.
• Creating sales report (monthly/annually)

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of advertising, journalism, marketing, communications or business administration.
• Having experience in advertising agency or media will be preferable

Product Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the achievement of optimum sales target of each principal; develop principals' sales strategy according to organization's vision & mission.
• Perform a range of activities to effectively market assigned products, such as conducting market research; overseeing product development and design; setting prices; launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales performance.
• Maintain good relationship with principals; ensure implementation of principals' programs in sales activity; negotiate with principals' for sales target; understand business potential & competition of each principal & seek business opportunity for them.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products.

Requirements:

• Male/Female; Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Product Marketing/Product Specialist for pump, Electra motor, fire active, fire passive protection safety, environment water treatment, and corrosion coating protection.
• Bachelor Degree from Engineering preferable from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, & Chemical Engineering and Master degree for Marketing / Commercial with min GPA 3.00.
• Have relevant skill or experience in oil & gas /petrochemical /mining /power plant/IT Telecommunication Banking /commercial and industrial construction/ state owned enterprise (BU MN), ministry, local provincial government (Pemda) related with the experience in Pumps/Rotating Equipment/Fire Protection, Safety, Security & Environmental Solution.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good presentation skill and negotiation.
